The company’s second-phase project has successfully passed the feasibility study review. Zhai Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, and Wang Yongge, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman and General Manager, attended the meeting*, while Wang Fuyun, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman, presided over it. Leaders such as Zhou Gang, Han Zhengui, Linghu Jianshe, Gao Yanqing, Feng Zhiwu, and Liu Youtu participated in the evaluation. For this evaluation, top scholars from the fields of carbon-based new materials research in China, such as those from Tsinghua University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Taiyuan University of Technology, as well as experts from the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning Institute and the coal chemical industry in our province, were invited to provide guidance and intellectual support for the project. During the review process, the company’s leadership, as well as experts and scholars, conducted a thorough evaluation of the company’s second-phase project. The company’s second-phase project makes full use of the remaining land and utility resources available in the park to increase the production capacity of 1,4-butanediol, optimize existing assets, raise the power generation capacity, and further reduce production costs ； Using 1,4-butanediol, terephthalic acid, and adipic acid as raw materials, a PBAT project will be established to further extend the industrial chain. It was believed that the project feasibility study report was prepared in a fairly standardized manner, and its content and depth generally met the relevant regulations and requirements of ** and the industry; the project construction was in line with the industrial development policies of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as well as Huayang Group’s overall development plan. As a result, the report was approved unanimously.
