May I ask: Is the patented Cassali ammonia synthesis technology used in the production of the first 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia from natural gas?

I would like to ask fellow industry professionals: For ammonia synthesis plants with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons using natural gas, which ones are utilizing Cassali’s ammonia synthesis patent technology? Thank you!
This post was last edited by tangbost on 2018-1-6 at 19:17. Chitianhua is Cassali’s technology, but the capacity has been changed to 450,000 tons. There is a lot of Casali used in coal-to-ammonia production; my former workplace used the Casali process.
Cassali’s ammonia synthesis technology has gone through several generations. It sounds so comforting, as if it takes you back to your youth.
Liu Guo Huahong, Zhongyan Anhui Hong Sifang, Anhui Huaihua, Qinghai Salt Lake, Yunchuan Coal Xinjiang, Ordos United, Inner Mongolia Tianrun, Hulunbuir Jinxin, Henan Jinkai, Shilian Huahong – there are so many others, and many more that haven’t been listed. The regions in the west rely more on gas, while other regions use coal more frequently.

The Casali synthesis technology doesn’t care whether it’s natural gas or coal; Casali is quite good in this regard. China’s domestic technologies are improving, though there is still a slight gap
