Liuhua Company’s Urea-Ammonium Nitrate Solution (UAN) production facility is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly system that was developed by making use of the company’s existing urea solution resources, in conjunction with the company’s wastewater treatment upgrade project. This facility is capable of producing 15 tons of urea-ammonium nitrate solution per day; it not only helps to treat catalyst wastewater effectively but also expands the range of product types available, filling a gap in the company’s liquid fertilizer offerings and thereby extending its industrial chain. Since May 2018, the urea** solution production facility has been under construction concurrently with the sewage treatment upgrade project. Thanks to strict construction management and meticulous debugging of the production processes, the resulting urea*ao acidan solution contains nitrogen in three different forms. This enables it to effectively prolong the period during which crops can absorb nutrients; it is particularly beneficial for the development of crop roots and their ability to absorb nutrients at various stages, thereby promoting rapid crop growth.
