On November 21, Wang Xiaoming, head of the Planning and Construction Department at the Gaoping City Administrative Approval Bureau, along with his team, inspected the site of Jinfeng Coal Chemicals’ project aimed at expanding urea production to 100,000 tons per year, examining the conditions for land use at the construction site as well as the overall design plans to be approved. Personnel related to the project accompanied the inspection; the project team briefed the inspectors on the status of obtaining the project construction permit and provided explanations regarding the conditions on site. After listening to the report, the surveyors from the Planning and Construction Section conducted a detailed inspection of the project site’s construction status and checked each item against the records. The surveyors from the Planning and Construction Department stated that the general layout approved for the annual 100,000-ton urea production chain expansion project does not conflict with the existing building layout on the site; moreover, the municipal pipelines and supporting facilities designed for the project will be shared with those of the existing factory, meeting the requirements for project construction. The Planning and Construction Department approved the application for a construction project planning permit. The company’s project team worked diligently to advance the process, and on November 22, they obtained the construction project planning permit with the number 140581201912034, which laid a solid foundation for the next stages of the project.
