The methanol market in Henan remains stable, with moderate trading activity; some companies in northern Henan are negotiating prices around 2070–2100 yuan per ton. It is also reported that traders in Luoyang are quoting prices around 2,060–2,080 yuan per ton. The methanol market in Shanxi region has seen a slight increase, with the prevailing price ranging from 1,950 to 2,070 yuan per ton. The price in Jincheng remains stable at 1,950 yuan per ton. It is reported that due to the activation of the orange warning for severe air pollution, local enterprises may suspend operations or reduce production ； The mainstream price in Linfen rose to 1,950 yuan per ton ； The mainstream price in Yuncheng remains around 1,950 yuan per ton ； The bidding price in the Changzhi area is 2,060–2,070 yuan per ton ； The latest bidding price in the Lüliang area is 2,030–2,040 yuan per ton. In southern Shandong, the retail prices of methanol at manufacturers have increased by 30–40 yuan, reaching around 2160–2180 yuan per ton, with manufacturers maintaining an optimistic attitude ； Traders are quoting around 2,190–2,200 yuan per ton without invoices; industry participants remain confident, and the trading atmosphere is positive. The ex-plant price of methanol in central and eastern Shandong has risen by 10 yuan to 2,310 yuan per ton; industry players are adopting a wait-and-see attitude ； Traders in nearby areas such as Dongying and Zibo are optimistic; a few of them are willing to pay 2,300–2,320 yuan per ton and are waiting to see what happens during the bidding this afternoon. The methanol market in northern Jiangsu continued to show an upward trend; the price there rose by 50–60 yuan, reaching around 2230–2250 yuan per ton. Driven by enterprises in the surrounding areas as well as upstream demand for inventory buildup, prices remained strong and climbed further in that region. The methanol market in Anhui region is stable, with decent trading activity in the market. The mainstream selling price for some companies is around 2,180–2,220 yuan per ton. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region remains stable; in Hubei, the prevailing negotiation price is 2120–2200 yuan per ton, which corresponds to the prices offered by mainstream manufacturers at the lower end of the market, while some traders offer higher prices ； In the Hunan region, some negotiation prices are around 2,250–2,300 yuan per ton, with most of these quotes coming from traders in Changsha. The methanol market in the southwest region is showing an upward trend with fluctuations, and the trading atmosphere in the market is fairly good. The main selling price for some enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing is around 1,980–2,120 yuan per ton ； Affected by the surrounding market conditions, some traders in Sichuan and Chongqing are negotiating prices around 2,230–2,250 yuan per ton.
