They have actively coordinated various resources to ensure the orderly resumption of all project activities. Since February 10, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the company and the project management department, the project team has organized its members to work from home, conveying the company’s requirements regarding epidemic prevention and control through video conferences and other means, while also monitoring and coordinating various tasks. The project design team made full use of this buffer time to carry out various design tasks, ensuring the availability of drawings once on-site construction resumes. The project procurement team carries out remote bidding, coordinates the provision of various design-related materials, and ensures that manufacturers meet their delivery deadlines through remote work, thereby laying the foundation for the further progress of the project. Regarding the resumption of on-site construction, the first group of team members returned to the site on March 6th, with the company’s approval, to carry out all the preparatory work prior to resuming work. On one hand, they maintained active communication with the client, and followed strictly all the client’s requirements regarding epidemic prevention measures as well as those related to returning to the factory and taking up jobs ; On the other hand, video conferences are used to conduct epidemic prevention and safety training for civil engineering subcontractors prior to resuming work; at the same time, information such as big data on the travel histories of those returning to the site and community certificates is collected to prepare for a safe resumption of work. Upon receiving the owner’s approval for resuming work, the project team promptly carried out the necessary approval procedures in accordance with the company’s requirements. At the same time, it provided epidemic prevention training and safety training for the workers returning to the site in batches, strictly controlled access to the site, and kept records of all entries and exits ; Strictly implement a system of taking temperatures and disinfecting twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, to ensure safe resumption of work. At present, the project site meets all the owner’s requirements; with the company’s approval, work resumed successfully on March 22.
