On August 31, the centrifuges, which are part of the first batch of imported equipment for melamine production, arrived at the site. It is reported that the centrifuge installed this time is one of the core equipment in the melamine plant, and it serves as a key device that links together various components of the entire melamine system. Before the equipment arrived at the plant, to ensure the smooth delivery of the first batch of imported equipment, the members of the melamine project team held a remote video conference with the supplier, Outech Company. Both parties discussed the issues that might arise during the transportation of the centrifuges, their customs clearance upon arrival, storage, and handling. The centrifuge equipment arrived at the Tianjin port, and the melamine project team sent dedicated personnel to the port to conduct a thorough inspection of the integrity of the equipment’s packaging after it was loaded. The company responsible for transporting the centrifuge equipment conducted simulated route inspections for the entire journey from Tianjin Port to the company, ensuring the smooth transportation process and guaranteeing that the equipment arrived at the destination safely. When the centrifuge equipment arrived at the plant, all members of the melamine project team attached great importance to it. All personnel went to the factory entrance to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth vehicle traffic, and when the equipment was brought in, dedicated staff were assigned to carry out disinfection measures to prevent the spread of diseases. For the lifting work of transporting equipment to the warehouse, the melamine project team assigned dedicated personnel to provide safety training to the workers. After the equipment arrived at the factory and was stored there, the project team measured the space on site in order to build storage facilities for the equipment. They contacted the construction workers promptly and ensured that the construction was carried out as quickly as possible, thereby creating conditions that would facilitate the storage of the equipment during the rainy season and in conditions of extreme temperatures in winter. This approach helped to mitigate the effects of rain, snow, extreme temperatures, and damage caused by animals on the centrifuges, providing a solid foundation for the installation of the equipment and its subsequent operation. It was the completion of a series of preparatory tasks that enabled the centrifuge equipment to be delivered to the site smoothly, lifted properly, and stored appropriately. The arrival of the first batch of imported equipment, namely centrifuges, laid the foundation for the construction of the melamine project.
