To align thoughts, clarify requirements, concentrate resources, and work together to ensure the project starts up smoothly as planned, a \"Project Startup Coordination Meeting for Industrial Upgrading\" was held at 14:30 on September 23, 2020, in the shift handover room of the Fourth Branch of Xinxiang Ammonia Synthesis Division. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangrui, the chief engineer of the Xinxiang Ammonia Synthesis Division. Ru Zhengtao, the chairman of the group company’s supervisory board, and Li Yushun, the chief engineer, as well as Wang Pingbiao, the deputy general manager of the group company and general manager of the Xinxiang Ammonia Synthesis Division, Li Jun, Fang Ziming, and Wang Junwei also attended the meeting. Representatives from the Engineering Management Department of the Xinxiang Ammonia Synthesis Division, its fourth branch company, various construction units, relevant departments, and subsidiaries were also present at the meeting. The meeting began with Fang Ziming, the deputy general manager of Xinxiang Ammonia Synthesis Division, giving an overview of the current progress regarding the overall operation of the facility ； Subsequently, the representatives from various units took turns reporting on their preparations for the driving tasks ； Zhang Guangrui, the chief engineer of Xinxiang’s ammonia synthesis division, provided further explanations on the overall preparations for starting up the operation, based on the reports submitted by various teams. Next, Wang Pingbiao, General Manager of Xinxiang Ammonia Synthesis Division, reviewed briefly the project construction process based on the reports submitted by various teams. He discussed the status of on-site commissioning, the assessment of personnel skills, as well as the operation of safety, environmental protection, and fire protection facilities, and put forward specific requirements for the commissioning process. President Wang pointed out that the overall driving operations should be guided by the principles of \"ensuring safety and maintaining quality,\" to guarantee that the system can operate properly and stably ； It is required to handle wastewater and exhaust gases properly while driving to ensure compliance with environmental standards. It was also stated that, based on the current overall readiness for operating the plant, the industrial upgrading project is basically ready to start the gasification process by September 25.
