On October 10, a public announcement was made regarding the environmental impact assessment for the project mentioned above. I. Name and overview of the construction project: The Project for the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas to produce 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia along with 300,000 tons of LNG, carried out by Xiaoyi Jinyan Qichuang Clean Energy Co., Ltd., is located in the Xiaoyi Economic Development Zone of Lüliang City. It is surrounded by provincial highways S223 and S321, as well as the Jiexi line of the Tongpu Railway; thus, the site boasts favorable conditions and convenient transportation access. The total investment for the project is 2.97 billion yuan, with all funds to be raised by the enterprise itself. Construction scale: 300,000 tons of LNG per year, 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year. Construction contents: The project covers an area of 540 mu and is constructed in two phases. In Phase 1, a facility with an annual production capacity of 125,000 tons of LNG and a facility with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia will be built. In Phase 2, a facility with an annual production capacity of 175,000 tons of LNG will be constructed, along with auxiliary facilities such as raw water treatment systems, reclaimed water treatment systems, circulating water systems, fire protection water systems, sewage collection and loading stations, flares, a comprehensive office building, a central control room, substation rooms, communication systems, laboratories, maintenance areas and warehouses, as well as chemical storage areas. Additionally, plant-wide works such as landscaping, paving, and road construction will be carried out. This project meets the requirements set out in the \"Guidelines for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2019 edition)\” and the \"Interim Provisions on the Filing of Enterprise Investment Projects in Shanxi Province\", as well as other relevant regulations; it is in compliance with **all applicable laws and regulations.
