The technical upgrade project for Huahua Chemical’s plant, which aims to increase annual ammonia alcohol production to 550,000 tons, has been approved by the Party Committee of Jinmei Group. On the morning of September 6, after consideration by the Party Committee of Jinmei Group, the technical upgrade project was approved, marking the start of its actual construction phase. At present, the site selection for the project has been completed. The safety assessment will be finished by September 16, the environmental assessment by September 18, and the energy assessment by September 20. Other procedures related to project construction are also being accelerated in order to start work as soon as possible.
Starting a project also requires approval from the Party committee; it seems like it’s all handled by experts.
