At 3:30 p.m. on November 10, the internal components of the ammonia synthesis tower were installed in one go; Gu Zhaohui and Huang Huiyong, deputy general managers of Jiujiang Company, along with Chen Min, assistant to the general manager, were on site to oversee the lifting process. To ensure the smooth completion of the lifting work, various teams carried out thorough planning, prepared plans in advance and trained personnel, organized on-site supervisors to carry out rust removal and cleaning inside the tower, and sent maintenance workers into the tower for inspections. Through tasks such as sealing the internal components’ air vents, re-hooking the trailing crane, and leveling the internal components inside the tower as well as adjusting gaps after lifting, it took a little over six hours to successfully lift the internal components of the ammonia synthesis tower. The completion of the lifting of the internal components of the ammonia synthesis tower marks the end of the lifting work for the large-scale equipment in this project in Jiujiang, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent loading of catalysts, the heating and reduction processes, as well as the long-term stable operation of ammonia synthesis.
