This is also a brand-new green product that is \"low-carbon, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and safe\", launched by the company following the research, development, and production of urea products containing alginic acid. It makes Wushihua Petrochemical Company the first large-scale refining and chemical enterprise in Xinjiang to use clean energy for the production of vehicle urea. Vehicle urea is a **new type of clean product used for environmental protection and management. It works on diesel vehicle exhaust emissions by using a catalyst to carry out redox reactions on the main pollutants in the exhaust, namely nitrogen oxides, thereby producing nitrogen and water, and thus reducing the ongoing impact of diesel vehicle exhaust on the atmospheric environment.** On February 18 this year, in line with the strategic goals of the group company regarding carbon peak and carbon neutrality, Wushihua Petrochemical Company organized a meeting to advance the diversification of urea products, focusing on key areas such as energy conservation and efficiency improvement, clean alternatives, deep electrification, and the recycling of carbon dioxide. As a result, a product development project for solid raw materials used in vehicle exhaust purification fluids was established. Solid vehicle urea requires the same production process as fertilizer production, so no additional equipment is needed for the facilities; it involves low investment and yields quick results. The Fertilizer Production Department has included it as an important project for the diversified development of urea products and the improvement of quality and efficiency, as part of the Third Entrepreneurship Promotion Project. To ensure the implementation of the solid vehicle urea production project, with the strong support of the company, the Fertilizer Production Department conducted preliminary research on markets and supply channels, established connections with sales partners, and carried out numerous experiments and pilot productions in accordance with the standards regarding the content of biuret and water content in solid vehicle urea, thereby determining the relevant parameters for the production facility. Through the joint efforts of various departments within the company over a period of 6 months, the entire process of research and development, production, sales, and delivery of vehicle urea was successfully established. Upon receiving the order to produce the first batch of solid urea for use in vehicles on August 12, the Fertilizer Production Department promptly organized the relevant production workshops and employees to review the production procedures for solid urea intended for vehicle use, so that they could become familiar with the requirements regarding parameter control. Adhering strictly to the customer’s standards, they ensured precise control over every aspect of the product quality, and production was completed on August 17. All the urea for vehicles sold this time was sent to the Changji region in Xinjiang.
