Tianqing Company Sets New Record for Daily Ammonia Production Author/Source: Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group Date: 2021-11-17 Clicks: 17 Recently, good news came from Tianqing Company’s production control room: on November 9th, the company’s ammonia production volume reached 1,162.37 tons, setting a new record for the highest daily output since the plant began operations and achieving another peak in terms of daily ammonia production. At the same time, electricity consumption per ton of ammonia has also decreased. Aiming at the goals of energy conservation and reduced consumption, Tianqing Company has pursued innovation to improve efficiency by replacing the safety filters in the desalinated water ultrafiltration systems with self-cleaning filters. These filters are cleaned automatically every 8 hours, with an automatic cleaning pressure difference of 0.2 bar, which helps to save water while also eliminating the need to replace the filter elements. To reduce the temperature of the low-pressure cylinder, the company installed two 0.55KW low-noise axial flow fans to blow air over the bearings, thereby dispersing the heat emitted by the turbine itself to the bearings and thus reducing their temperature. Plate heat exchangers were also added to effectively control the oil temperature.
