To address this issue, the gas production center carefully studied the trends in the raw coal market and analyzed the properties of different coal types, formulating appropriate countermeasures: first, it strengthened the management of raw coal weighing, strictly checked the transportation information of coal-carrying vehicles, ensured that the gross and net weights of the coal trucks matched those listed in the delivery records, and verified that the seals were intact, while keeping proper records of all related activities ； Secondly, improve the sampling management system for coal unloading staff: 2 coal samples are taken from each truckload of raw coal at different locations, and quality inspection personnel randomly select 50%-70% of these samples for testing to ensure that the quality of the raw coal is satisfactory ； Third, strictly implement the rotation system for personnel in relevant positions, regularly changing the sample collectors to ensure that the samples are accurate and reliable ； Fourth, further strengthen the publicity, education, and training for personnel in their positions, to help employees develop the mindset of \"ensuring quality, ensuring safety, and ensuring smooth operation,\" and to enhance their awareness of quality.
