After the modification, an additional control valve is used to connect the pipelines and adjust the composition of the purified gas, ensuring a stable supply of nitrogen. It also enables the recovery of energy from the blowing air, reducing the amount of nitrogen required for synthesis; this results in annual electricity cost savings of nearly 2.43 million yuan. This minor improvement requires little investment, has a simple process and is easy to implement, thereby reducing the workload on operators. It also helps to overcome the bottlenecks that hinder production, **lowering the costs associated with ammonia synthesis.
