The APC system for the power unit was put into operation, enabling closed-loop control of Furnace No. 3; the coal savings rate exceeded 0.5%, thus creating a model site for intelligent production control. China’s first intelligent three-dimensional urea storage system was developed, featuring intelligent re-inspection, automatic stacking, and full-functional smart management for three-dimensional storage, thus setting a benchmark for intelligence in this industry. By leading in energy efficiency, the company has set a benchmark for the industry. The B system for ammonia synthesis has operated continuously and stably for 567 days, with an average slurry concentration of 63.8%, which is at an advanced level in the industry. This has enabled the main production units to move from stable operation to optimal performance; both overall energy consumption and specific energy consumption have continued to decline. The company’s levels of comprehensive energy consumption and cost control are among the best in the industry. It has been awarded the titles of “Advanced Unit in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction” in the national nitrogen fertilizer and methanol industries, as well as “Advanced Enterprise in Energy Conservation in the Ammonia Synthesis Industry,” thus establishing itself as a model in terms of energy efficiency. Operational performance saw a significant improvement, with the total output of fertilizers and chemical products increasing by 17.24% compared to the previous year. Operating revenue reached 7.405 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66.37%. A profit of 700 million yuan was achieved, while interest-bearing liabilities were reduced by 1.659 billion yuan. As revenue and profits rose, the company’s profitability improved significantly, and the quality of its operations was greatly enhanced. Focusing on the \"dual carbon\" goals to shape its development strategy, the company has adopted \"carbon reduction\" as a means to enhance its competitive advantage. It established a leadership team for carbon peak and carbon neutrality efforts, headed by the chairman and general manager. The company has passed the provincial energy-saving target assessment, implemented online reporting of annual energy usage, and built projects for real-time transmission of energy consumption data, which have been successfully connected to the provincial platform, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective submission of daily reports. Completed the preparation and calculation of the company’s annual carbon emission monitoring plan and greenhouse gas emission report, and for the first time carried out online data submission.
