Since the summer, heavy rainfall in Henan has led to limited coal production, resulting in a supply shortage; moreover, the coal that arrives at the plants has a high moisture content. These various factors combine to create this situation. For our company, it is undoubtedly adding insult to injury. To unify thinking, strengthen confidence, and better carry out subsequent work, the Fertilizer Business Unit held a special meeting on improving coal management on the afternoon of October 13. The meeting noted that, in order to address the issues of high moisture content and high viscosity of the coal on site, past experience will be utilized to continuously experiment with different coal blending methods. Additionally, blowers will be used in the coal storage areas for ventilation and drying, in order to reduce the coal’s moisture content as much as possible. To prevent emergencies such as blockages and coal supply interruptions in the coal drop pipes, the boiler operation procedures were adjusted accordingly; team members were assigned to work shifts 24/7, and a detailed \"Emergency Plan for Coal Supply Interruptions and Blockages in the Boilers of the Power Plant in the Fertilizer Division\" was established ； At the meeting, technical staff from the power plant and experienced workers with expertise in dealing with coal blockages also shared their insights on how to handle such abnormal situations. Zhang Zengwei, the head of the power plant, suggested that during these special and critical periods regarding safety production in the park and various business units, the staff of the power plant should be aware of the situation, unify their thoughts, address the existing challenges and difficulties, keep learning and improving themselves, maintain confidence, avoid problems, find ways to overcome obstacles, and succeed in overcoming those challenges! Wang Congmao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chemical Division, stated that Party-member leaders in the power plants should take the lead by meeting even higher standards, continuously learning and improving themselves, strengthening training and enhancing their basic work skills, and fulfilling their job responsibilities to the best of their ability. Yin Xutao, the general manager of the division, delivered a concluding speech. He first explained and analyzed the current situation regarding coal procurement, and expressed his approval of the holding of this meeting. He pointed out that under the current challenging circumstances, it is essential for everyone to work together with a unified mindset, focusing on thorough pre-management efforts. Starting from the moment coal arrives at the plant, through its drying, blending, and loading process, it is necessary to ensure comprehensive tracking and management throughout the entire process and at all times, so as to guarantee proper pre-management at every stage, from coal blending and loading to before it is fed into the furnace. In our future work, we must set high standards, enforce strict requirements, take decisive actions, and be willing to assume responsibility. By means of inspections, evaluations, supervision, and accountability, we will further strengthen our ability to implement policies and ensure that all rules and regulations are properly followed ； Increase the frequency of inspections, add more inspection signs, strengthen management at all levels, and focus on addressing weaknesses. Yin Xutao emphasized that safety must be given top priority in production activities; proper personal protective equipment should be provided, and efforts should be made to ensure compliance with safety regulations as well as to raise the safety awareness among employees. It is hoped that, taking this meeting as an opportunity, at this critical moment and in this special period regarding safety production, we can unify our thinking, build confidence, thoroughly understand the core concept of \"three no’s and four possibilities,\" and ensure the stable operation of the facilities.
