The project is located in the Meizhou Bay (Shimen’ao) Industrial Park in Putian City, Fujian Province. The Yongrong Technology integrated project is one of the 100 \"top priority\" projects in the province, as well as one of the 30 key projects under the \"Beautiful Putian Action Plan\". The total investment in Yongrong Technology’s CPL Phase II project is 8 billion yuan. It primarily involves the construction of four production units for hydrogen production and ammonia synthesis, **, amoximation, and caprolactam, as well as three supporting units for sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, and cogeneration. On January 1, the installation work for hydrogen production and ammonia synthesis purification units in Beijing Branch’s Yongrong caprolactam project (Phase II) was completed successfully – specifically, the pedestals of the CO2 desorption tower and the H2S concentration tower (both fabricated on-site) were lifted into place, marking the official start of intensive construction activities. On January 1, the Yongrong Project Department of the South China Branch held a New Year’s flag-raising ceremony and convened a special meeting on large-scale lifting operations. On the morning of March 11, 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the civil engineering works of the hydrogen production and ammonia synthesis units in the caprolactam project (Phase II) of Fujian Yongrong Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment in Yongrong Technology’s CPL Phase II project is 8 billion yuan. It mainly involves the construction of four main production units for hydrogen production and ammonia synthesis, **, ammonoxime formation, and caprolactam, as well as three supporting units for sulfuric acid production, hydrogen peroxide production, and cogeneration. This project utilizes the industry’s advanced fourth-generation hydration method and ammonoximation technology, as well as Emerson’s cutting-edge digital intelligent production control system, to enable real-time visualization and digital management. These technologies and equipment ensure the production of high-quality caprolactam, satisfying the massive demand in the market and further strengthening its competitive position in global markets.
