In 2021, under the guidance of Huajin Group’s leadership, the staff at Liaohe Fertilizer Company carried out reforms, worked together as one team, and practiced careful cost management in order to enhance efficiency; as a result, the company achieved a profit of 2.02 million yuan that year. Over the past year, the management team of the branch has been bold in taking on challenges and assuming responsibilities, and has strengthened the implementation of safety assurance protocols as well as the responsibility system for the safety of individual equipment ； With a shortage of staff and increasing tasks, multi-skill job training was implemented, along with a shift system of two shifts per day, resulting in a reduction of 144 employees ； Actively communicate with CNPC Natural Gas Sales Liaoning Branch to reduce procurement costs, secure favorable gas prices, and save substantial amounts of money ； Independent maintenance and upgrading of analyzers, optimization of analysis processes and testing methods, as well as improvement in analysis accuracy have reduced analysis time and saved significant amounts of money that would otherwise have been spent on external services. The optimized operation of water systems plays a vital role. In the case where the two-source pipelines of the water supply system had to be repositioned, they were successfully reused through process modifications, saving nearly 4 million yuan in investment ； The verification work for the two water sources and the canteen water supply has been completed, ensuring a safe and continuous water supply for local enterprises. Through multiple modifications, the wastewater treatment system has seen a significant improvement in its cleaning efficiency and microbial decomposition capacity, resulting in substantial savings on external treatment costs; the production area is now completely clean and odor-free. The analysis and testing are fast, accurate, and receive continuous positive reviews. During the major maintenance period at the analysis and testing center, proactive communication was maintained with various maintenance and construction units to enhance the service mindset; by leveraging complementary strengths, a collective effort was made to complete over 70,000 inspection and analysis tasks related to hot work and operations in confined spaces, with no errors or complaints. The EOEG analysis laboratory coordinated closely with the procurement and unloading of liquid nitrogen, enabling rapid and accurate analysis of the liquid nitrogen supplied for major repairs; this performance earned praise from the liquid nitrogen suppliers. Two gas transportation companies, Siping Hongyuan and Fushun Tongda, sent special tribute plaques and letters of gratitude, bringing honor to the company. Its leak detection and repair services, featuring advanced technology and high-quality service, have been praised by experts. Since its establishment, the LDAR inspection team has carried out over 800,000 on-site inspections for volatile gas leaks, identifying 580 minor leaks and 240 severe leaks. In particular, during the overhauls of petrochemical facilities, LDAR inspections played a crucial role in supporting the restart processes. During the on-site inspection conducted on October 19 last year by the Atmospheric Department of the Ministry of Environment and Ecology, the environmental protection supervision team, and experts from Peking University’s VOCS research group, comparisons of the detection data collected by various experts confirmed that the sophistication and accuracy of the LDAR team’s equipment, as well as the high professional standards of the inspectors, were highly praised by all the experts.
