According to statistics, during the Spring Festival, the production load remained at 100%; the output of liquid ammonia and urea products reached their designed capacity, while the daily output of poly**furan products exceeded 150 tons, demonstrating excellent production performance. In 2022, the company’s production department broke down the work tasks into various components based on the annual production goals, considering five aspects: output, energy consumption, operating days, quality, and key control indicators. The company will organize technical discussions based on the maintenance status of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, as well as the opinions from the production department, equipment department, and chief engineer’s office, in order to develop a plan for making the necessary corrections at set times by designated responsible units. It is reported that the Fubang plant will complete its analysis report on the operating status of the equipment by the end of February, while the large-scale fertilizer plant will finish its report by the end of March. In the next phase, the company will also establish a regular risk analysis and mitigation mechanism for its facilities, to ensure that production operations remain optimal in terms of process efficiency, low energy consumption, and high quality, while also meeting the latest requirements regarding safety, environmental protection, and occupational health. This will lay a solid foundation for the company to fully achieve its annual objectives.
