The major repair work is about to begin, and Plant 1 for Fertilizers has fully entered preparation mode for it. To ensure the successful and timely completion of the major overhaul, Fertilizer Plant No. 1 has everyone from the plant management and departments to the workshops, from managers to workers, actively preparing for it. The Technical Department prepares a plan for handling shutdowns during major repairs, obtains the necessary approvals and signatures, and organizes staff training and drills to ensure that every employee is familiar with the steps outlined in the shutdown plan ； The Equipment Department monitors the arrival of spare parts for major repairs, and actively coordinates with various units to ensure that the preparatory work prior to these repairs is carried out ； The Safety Department checks the stability of ladders and platforms used during major repairs to ensure safety and reliability during maintenance work. To save on the costs associated with major repairs, the gas supply workshop organized personnel in advance to remove the grids from the original ethanol cooling tower and transport them to the site of the No. 2 wastewater treatment plant, in line with the plan to inspect and repair the grids of that tower during the maintenance period. To date, 1,020 grids have been transported. To accelerate the progress of the overhaul, in line with the plan to replace 900 filter bags in the bag filter during this period, a dedicated team was assigned in advance for the replacement work; so far, over 700 filter bags have been replaced, which ensures smooth progress of other maintenance tasks during the overhaul ； The purification workshop organized personnel to wash the existing packing materials and select the best ones; the packing materials used during the major repair have now been delivered to the site. In addition, to address the issue of sewage storage during major repairs, Fertilizer Plant No. 1 held several special meetings to determine the appropriate storage locations. The relevant workshops sorted out the sewage pipelines involved in the plan and installed them in advance to ensure normal operation.
