The transaction price of methanol in the Panjin area is 2,750 yuan per ton, ex-warehouse and in cash; the price in the Shenyang area is 2,790 yuan per ton, ex-warehouse and in cash. There is demand for purchases from end-users. The mainstream price in Linfen, Shanxi has dropped to 2370–2390 yuan per ton, with payment made upon delivery at the factory ； The mainstream offline price in the Changzhi area is 2,450 yuan per ton, with payment made upon delivery at the factory ； In the Jincheng area, the mainstream ex-factory prices at the lower end have dropped by 20 yuan per ton, to between 2440 and 2460 yuan per ton, as per the prices available upon cash payment at the factory ； There are no auctions currently in the Lüliang area or Taiyuan area. The methanol market in Henan saw a slight increase. Henan Energy is conducting tender sales; the transaction price is 2,510–2,545 yuan per ton, with payment made at the factory. Other companies have offered lower prices ； Negotiated prices in the Luoyang market have risen to 2,570–2,580 yuan per ton, in cash upon delivery from the factory. The methanol market in Hunan region is operating in an orderly manner. The futures market is rising, and trading volume on the exchange has improved compared to yesterday; negotiations are taking place at a reference price of 2850–2880 yuan per ton for cash payment upon delivery. The Fujian methanol market offers prices of around 2,750–2,850 yuan per ton, with cash payment at delivery. Purchases are made on demand downstream, with average transaction volumes.
