In February 2026, Qingchuang Jinhua provided an introduction to the Jinhua furnaces (including the Fupeng furnace) that were put into operation in 2025, as follows. 1. In March 2025, the gasifier of the Xinji Energy Circular Economy Joint Chemical Project was put into operation. In May, the successful filling of the first batch of large-grain urea was achieved; once the production line was fully operational, it quickly entered a phase of stable production. The Xinji Energy project utilizes three water-cooled wall direct-connected waste-heat boiler gasifiers of the Jinhua type 3.0, with two in operation and one as a backup. The gasification pressure is 6.5 MPa; the effective gas production per gasifier is 77,000 m3/h, giving a total gas production of 154,000 m3/h (CO + H2). The Xinhui Energy project utilizes Jinhua furnace coal slurry gasification, shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, sulfur recovery, ammonia refrigeration, 15MPa ammonia synthesis, CO2 stripping for urea production, high-pressure melamine production, high-tower compound fertilizer production, and fluidized-bed compound fertilizer production technologies. It has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons of new type water-soluble compound fertilizers, 300,000 tons of diesel engine exhaust treatment agents, and 120,000 tons of melamine. 2. The relocation, upgrading and transformation project of Lianyungang Alkali Industry Company: On April 17, 2025, the trial production phase of this project began; on April 19, successful ignition was achieved, and by May 18, the entire production process was operational. The relocation, upgrading, and renovation project of Lianyungang Alkali Industry Company involves the construction of facilities capable of producing 1.1 million tons of caustic soda per year, 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year, and 1 million tons of vacuum salt per year, along with the supporting auxiliary infrastructure. For synthetic ammonia production, Jinhua furnace gasification (three Jinhua furnaces, two in operation and one as backup), shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, sulfur recovery, and ammonia synthesis are employed. 3. The upgrading demonstration project for the comprehensive resource utilization of materials in Xinjiang Zhongtai to produce methanol: On May 9, 2025, the Xinjiang Zhongtai project succeeded in completing the entire production process and generating qualified methanol products. The 1 million-ton per year methanol production project in Xinjiang Zhongtai utilizes the water-cooled wall waste-boiler gasifier technology for water-coal slurry developed by Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua Technology (Jinhua Furnace 3.0). Two in use and one as backup. Vaporization pressure is 6.5 MPa, and the total gas flow rate is 280,000 m3/h (CO+H2). This project features a coal feeding rate of 3,000 tons per day per furnace, making it the gasifier with the highest coal feeding rate currently in use; it has already completed a 72-hour performance test.
4. Technical upgrade of syngas production at Shandong Qilu No.1 Chemical Plant: In December 2025, the 45,000 m3/h capacity Jinhua furnace at Shandong Qilu No.1 Chemical Plant was successfully started up for operation, entering the production phase. The gas synthesis unit upgrade at Qilu Yihua utilizes Jinhua furnaces (two Jinhua furnaces, one in operation and one as a backup). Replacing the fixed-bed batch gas production process, and integrating CO conversion, low-temperature methanol washing, PSA hydrogen production, and sulfur recovery, to achieve an effective synthesis gas production capacity of 45,000 m3/h. 5. Shanxi Nanyao 200,000 tons/year methanol plant – In December 2025, the 200,000 tons/year methanol production facility in Shanxi Nanyao will begin operations. Shanxi Nanyao’s 200,000 tons/year methanol plant uses Jinhua reactors; there is no backup unit, the gasification pressure is 6.5 MPa, and the effective gas production capacity of each reactor is 70,000 m3/h. 6. Jinfeng Technology’s green methanol project in Xingan League, Inner Mongolia: In October 2025, Jinfeng Technology’s “500,000-ton green methanol integrated demonstration project” in Xingan League, Inner Mongolia, completed the entire cycle of \"approval—construction—pilot production—first sales\". The Goldwind Green Energy green hydrogen-based green methanol project uses biomass pellets and purchased green hydrogen (produced by water electrolysis devices) as raw materials, and employs technologies such as gasification + POX and methanol synthesis to produce green methanol from green hydrogen. The designed production capacity of the first-phase project is 250,000 tons per year of green methanol. The Jinfeng Lünneng Xingan League biomass gasification coupled with green hydrogen for methanol production project uses Repeng furnaces, with each furnace having an effective gas flow rate of 70,000 m3/h and a gasification pressure of 3.0 MPa.
Regarding the recently won projects, according to Qingchuang Jinhua, the company has achieved the following results in terms of gasification technology recently. In January 2026, Jinhua Furnace won the bid for Shenhua Yulin’s circular economy coal comprehensive utilization project. In November 2025, Fupeng Lu won the bid for Tianjin Ruihengmao (Saihong Environment)’s 100,000 tons per year green methanol project. In August 2025, Fupenglu won the bid for the first phase of the 100,000-ton/year green methanol project by Jinda Hongjing (Shache). In July 2025, Jinhua Lvu won the bid for Zhejiang Juhua’s hazardous waste co-combustion renovation project. The Juhua project is another hazardous waste fluidized bed gasification project undertaken by Qingchuang Jinhua Company, following the Siming Chemical project.
