The ammonia recovery method from coal gasification ash water in Tianye Huihe has been patented

Recently, the method titled “A Method for Ammonia Extraction from Gasification Ash Water” submitted by Xinjiang Tianye Huihe New Materials Co., Ltd. was granted a **patent license. In the ammonia recovery process of coal gasification, there have long been issues such as easy clogging of equipment, frequent maintenance needs, and high water consumption. By optimizing the process flow and the design of key components, technicians were able to extend the stable operating period of the ammonia recovery tower from around 20 days to over 6 months, thereby reducing the frequency of shutdowns for maintenance and lowering repair costs, and ensuring safe, environmentally sound, stable, continuous, and efficient production. The back-washing efficiency of the filtration system has been significantly improved, water consumption has been greatly reduced, which further enhances the capacity for water recycling. To date, the company has filed nearly a hundred patents in total, and many of its innovations have been put into practical use, resulting in significant improvements in cost efficiency as well as in environmental sustainability.
