How are the water adsorption isotherms of pharmaceutical materials measured? Currently, Dynamic Vapor Sorption (DVS Intrinsic) is generally used for detection, as it provides faster and more accurate results. It can also measure parameters such as drying and dehydration, amorphosity, hydrates and morphology, vapor pressure, and polymorphism, making it widely applicable.
