Does the product distillation tower top yield both heavy components and light components?

It is a product distillation tower using vacuum distillation; the pressure at the top of the tower is -0.095 MPa. The product is collected from the top of the tower, while tar is collected from the bottom. Analysis shows that the product collected from the top contains both light and heavy components, and the tar collected from the bottom also contains light components. What is the reason for this?
It could be that the reflux volume during operation does not meet the minimum requirements; the reflux ratio is equal to or less than the minimum value, resulting in flow deviation, or it might be due to an excessive load or too high a temperature in the reactor bottom.
