Previously, conical injectors were used; this time, injectors with the same diameter have been purchased, but the model parameters remain identical. Is there any difference in their operation?
There must be changes inside while the diameter remains unchanged
With the same outer diameter, the inner diameter must be different; otherwise, it won’t be able to draw in acids or bases
The internal structure of acid and alkali ejectors is all based on the Venturi tube principle, while their external shape is determined by the material and manufacturing process. Metals generally have cone-shaped plate weldments, while plastics can be either cone-shaped or cylindrical.

The material of the conical injector shown in your image is fiberglass, which is produced by molding; UPVC, on the other hand, is made using a lathe. The internal structure of both materials is the same, so it does not affect their functionality.
