Regarding the drying of sodium sulfate with crystalline water

The mixed salts generated by the three-effect evaporation process on site are dried; sodium sulfate accounts for 40%-60% of these salts, with the remainder being mainly sodium chloride along with various other impure salts. During the drying process, there were instances where the products did not meet the required standards even after 12 hours of drying. It can now be determined that sodium sulfate contains crystalline water, and these crystalline water-containing salts appear in powder form with no visible moisture. My question is: how does sodium sulfate with crystalline water come into existence? What methods are available to control the drying process? I would appreciate guidance from those with experience. To be honest, it costs the same whether it’s dried or not; it’s unnecessary
Mixed salts are not valuable, so there’s no need to dry them. For large quantities, a salt separation evaporation process can be employed to achieve economic benefits.
