A chemical project has been completed. However, one warehouse failed the fire safety inspection (mainly because this warehouse is not in use). I now want to carry out the completion inspection; is it possible not to include this warehouse in the scope of the inspection? Will it pass? Or, just take it apart and make a change – is the process complicated? Thank you!
Phase-based inspections can be conducted; those that pass the inspection are put into trial production or use, while those that fail the inspection are not used； For the parts that have not passed the acceptance, safety measures must be taken during further construction to ensure the production safety of those parts once they are put into trial production or actual use.

Yes. The project design unit shall issue a design change and submit it to the departments responsible for safety condition review and safety facility design review for record-keeping.
Consult the inspection and evaluation agencies, local experts, and local emergency management authorities, as requirements vary from place to place. The two warehouses are not in use; so where should the materials that were originally planned to be stored there be kept? If they are stored in other warehouses, changes will need to be made. Check whether it constitutes a major change as required by AQ/T3033; in the case of a major change, the corresponding change procedures must be followed in accordance with local regulations. Procedures that do not involve significant changes can be simplified; it may only require adjustments to the installation and expert review. If no inspection is to be carried out on the entire product batch stored in these two warehouses, it is sufficient to clearly specify the scope in the inspection report. It is recommended that you complete the fire safety inspection first; it will be very troublesome to go through the necessary fire safety procedures later if you need to use it then.
First, check whether it is related to the storage of your project or the creation of a new warehouse; if not, the warehouse does not need to comply with the three simultaneities requirement. Warehouse construction can only take place when there is a project. Communicate with the acceptance experts.
