Hazard description: In the tank area, the pipes carrying substances such as ethyl acetate and methanol are spaced less than 10 cm apart, and no equipotential bonding has been implemented. Standard reference: SH/T 3097-2017 Code for Design of Static Grounding in Petrochemical Industries, Clause 5.3.3: When the clear distance between parallel pipes is less than 100 mm, bonding wires should be installed every 20 m ； When pipes intersect with a clear distance of less than 100 mm, a jumper should be added. Addition: GB 13348-2009 Code for Static Electricity Safety of Liquid Petroleum Products, Article 4.7.1 – All metal components of the piping system, including the metal coating of the sleeves, shall be grounded. There should be a ground connection at both ends of the pipeline and every 200 m to 300 m. When parallel pipelines are within 10 cm of each other, connections should be added every 20 m. When the spacing between pipeline intersections is less than 10 cm, they should be connected.
