Now the manager wants us to convert the previous 2D drawings into 3D models. There are tasks to be completed, but there aren’t enough people to do the work – it’s a huge pressure!
Some of my colleagues in the office, who are around 40 years old, don’t even use 3D software at all; it’s really difficult!

Why turn two dimensions into three?
It’s an inevitable trend – 2D can no longer keep up with the times. Most users need 3D models; if others have them but you don’t, you lose competitiveness.
The key issue is that the volume is too large; dozens of series of basic components need to be converted into 3D models. Few people implemented 3D rendering from the early design stage for new products.
