Connection issues of plastic-lined steel pipes

What is the method of connecting plastic-lined steel pipes? Are there standard lengths for such pipes? There are flanges at 90-degree elbows that can be used for connection, but how are straight pipes connected to each other? If any of you have pictures from the site, please share them – I would be extremely grateful
For example, how should the intermediate connections be made?
I mean, how is the flange connected to the pipe? Is it welded?
Plastic-lined pipes are generally designed on-site; after the steel pipes are prefabricated into pipe sections, they are transported to a plastic lining factory where they are made into finished products according to the specified dimensions, and then assembled on-site.
