The issue of selecting the structural characteristic coefficients for end caps

There is an issue with the understanding of the parameters selected in Figure 5-21 of GB150.3: Ri represents the inner diameter of the cylinder, δ is the wall thickness of the cylinder, and δe is the wall thickness of the flat cover numbered 11. Is there a problem with this way of understanding?
For example, if the inner diameter of the cylinder is 950 mm and the wall thickness is 20 mm, what value should be used for this K value? Please help to clarify this.
