Question: The pipeline (marked in red) that carries the condensed liquid from the exhaust gas cooler to the reflux tank – the process requirements specify that this pipeline should have a 1m protrusion; what is the purpose of this? Gentle masters! Thank you!
Is it to prevent materials from taking a shortcut from the liquid separation tank?
It’s level 2 condensation; generally, a liquid seal is required for the liquid phase that comes out, and it’s best to install one as well for the previous stage
It’s a liquid seal device; it’s related to the pressure in the pipeline, I guess
Prevent the gas phase from being discharged through the balance tube of the reflux tank without passing through the condenser for condensation”
The liquid return pipes from the cooler and condenser to the reflux tank should be inserted at the bottom, so as to achieve a liquid seal effect
Is it the liquid outlet of the exhaust gas condenser? Considering the operating pressure conditions, it’s most likely a liquid seal
