Public announcement regarding the acceptance of the technical upgrade project for producing 15,000 tons of environmentally friendly fluorinated hydrocarbons per year On April 17, the Zhizao New City Branch of the Quzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau accepted the environmental impact assessment report for the technical upgrade project of Quzhou Jinyuan Hongtai Refrigerant Co., Ltd., which aims to produce 15,000 tons of environmentally friendly fluorinated hydrocarbons per year, and published this information publicly. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Technical upgrade project for annual production of 15,000 tons of environmentally friendly fluorocarbons ； Construction unit: Quzhou Jinyuan Hongtai Refrigerant Co., Ltd ； Construction location: No. 3, Donggang 9th Road, Donggang Area, Zhizao New City, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province ； Investment amount: 30 million yuan ； Project nature: Renovation ； Construction details: It is planned to apply for the demolition of the unused dichloro/methane workshop and Tank Area 1, with the intention of converting them into a Class D warehouse for storing Class D and E refrigerants. At the same time, by making use of the existing production facilities, the production capacity of the current products will be adjusted to increase the annual output of environmentally friendly fluorocarbons by 4,000 tons (of which R134a will see an increase of 3,500 tons per year, R507a by 500 tons per year, R125 by 100 tons per year, and R143a by a decrease of 100 tons per year). An annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of environmentally friendly fluorocarbons has been established.
