Seek help regarding blockage in urea silo discharge

When the urea powder silo is discharging material, caking often occurs, blocking the lower hopper (located at the bottom, above the rotating feeder). Does anyone have any good solutions?
I’m not very familiar with the fertilizer industry; the following is only for reference! The market should have broken-down machinery; installing one should likely solve your problem. It’s not entirely clear whether the caking in your case is caused by moisture absorption or gravity.
You can try adding an air cannon. Is the urea cooling enough?
It’s bagged material with a feeding bin; it’s cold
It’s probably caused by compaction or moisture
If it’s damp, it is recommended to first replace the air with dry air after adding the material, and then seal the silo properly; this should help solve your problem!
If moisture absorption has occurred without the formation of large lumps or hard masses, simply use a rod to loosen the material layer at regular intervals； Or try designing the discharge outlet of the silo to be eccentric
Pay attention to whether there is a large amount of dust in the urea particles. As mentioned above, improve the flow properties by addressing factors such as the silo structure, the cone bottom angle, and vibration for assisting fluidization
