The meaning of the recommended values for the pipe rack content in the picture above is not particularly clear.
Is this value the best value and recommended? If my insulation thickness is within this range, would it be the most appropriate value to use? I think this value should only be considered a recommendation. To decide whether to accept the recommendation or not, it is best to look at Table 1.
