A fully automatic centrifuge is a type of centrifuge that can feed materials automatically and scrape them off as well; it operates without human supervision, following a preset program, and thus enables fully automatic operation. 　　A fully automatic centrifuge mainly consists of the centrifuge main unit, hydraulic station, PLC frequency conversion cabinet, and on-site control panel. 　　The main unit of a fully automatic centrifuge includes: the mechanical part of the centrifuge, the feed pipe, the feed valve, the washing pipe, the washing valve, the scraper cylinder assembly, the level controller, the vibration protector, and the electric motor ； 　　The hydraulic station of a fully automatic centrifuge includes: a housing, a motor, solenoid valves, and oil pipe connectors ； 　　PLC frequency conversion cabinet for fully automatic centrifuges: includes a housing, PLC programmable controller, touch screen, electrical components, circuit breakers, and relays ； 　　The on-site control panel of the fully automatic centrifuge includes: buttons, indicator lights, an emergency stop button, and alarm lights.
