A fully automatic centrifuge generally consists of the main centrifuge unit, automatic feeding valves, automatic washing valves, a hydraulic station, and a PLC frequency conversion cabinet. When choosing a fully automatic centrifuge for material separation, the following points should be noted: 1. Ensure that the pipeline between the reaction vessel and the centrifuge is unobstructed. Since the fully automatic centrifuge operates in an intermittent manner, its feed valve closes automatically when feeding stops, thereby preventing further material intake. Therefore, if the material tends to settle, it is necessary to consider implementing backflow or other measures at the bottom of the tank and at the feed valve opening, in order to avoid blockages in the pipelines caused by sedimentation, which could affect the operation of subsequent batches. 2. When installing a fully automatic centrifuge, it is necessary to raise the foundation, which can be of steel frame structure or concrete structure. If a concrete structure is used, it is recommended to embed iron plates at four locations on the centrifuge’s shock absorbers, to facilitate welding of the shock absorbers to these embedded iron plates during installation ; It is also possible to consider connecting the fully automatic centrifuge using anchor bolts. 3. The output from the fully automatic centrifuge can be transferred using ton bags or containers; it can also be directly connected to drying equipment via pipelines to proceed straight to the drying process. If a production line uses a large number of fully automatic centrifuges, it is possible to consider using conveyor belts for feeding and centralized loading. Maintenance of fully automatic centrifuges: 1. Perform routine maintenance in accordance with the instructions provided for the fully automatic centrifuge ; 2. It is recommended to lubricate the bearings every 3 months, and to inspect the electrical components and motors of the fully automatic centrifuge on a regular basis ; 3. Conduct a visual inspection of the drum once a week.
