I want to add a mixing system, which includes a motor, reducer, frame, and mixer. I’m not sure how to arrange all these components. If I place them directly on the top of the tank, I’m worried that the top won’t be able to support the weight. On the other hand, installing four pillars outside the tank to create a separate support platform seems too complicated, as there isn’t much space around the tank. Dear experts out there, could you please suggest some simpler solutions? (The diagram currently shows them as separate platforms.)
Use four channel steels to secure around the outer wall of the storage tank and weld them firmly; place the two channel steels above as crossbeams, and then weld two shorter channel steels in the middle of those crossbeams – and that’s all you need to construct a mixing tank frame
The force generated by the mixer during operation can affect the tank; it is recommended to add side mixing at an appropriate location.
May I ask, 1. Where is the suitable location? 2. Can side mixing meet the owner’s requirements? 3. Is the side stirring base in contact with the tank body?

Circulation is achieved using a mixing pump or a bottom dispersion pump.
Increasing stirring is far less simple than achieving mixing by pumping a portion of the saline back into the tank; if desired, one or several nozzles can be installed at the outlet of the liquid returning to the tank, and the spray mixing effect will be no worse than that of stirring, with power consumption also not necessarily higher than that in the case of stirring.
The weight load and vibration load of the mixer have a significant impact on the tank; therefore, when supporting it on the tank, it is necessary to assess the strength of the tank. The plan for the 7th floor is quite reasonable.
The plan for the 7th floor can serve as one of the alternative options; I personally think it’s good.
Side stirring is a solution, but the overall cost needs to be considered.
