The official website of LPEC at Luoyang Design Institute won’t open – does anyone know why?

Just now, out of curiosity, I wanted to check the latest updates from Luoyang Branch, but I was unable to access their official website. I’m not sure if this has always been the case or if it’s a temporary issue; it seems strange that such a large company doesn’t have an official website.

It has now been renamed Guangzhou Engineering Company.
