Is there any teacher who has experience in the process design of propane dehydrogenation units? In which stage is the propylene tower generally used, and what type of tower is it? Thank you, thank you
Thank you very much. It is in the fourth processing step that propane and propylene are separated; I chose Rumus Company’s Catifing process. An MD tray means that the tower is designed as a plate-type tower. Initially, I planned to develop two design options based on its internal structure, with those options being closer to those of a packed tower; however, I’m not sure what the criteria for this are – there are no clear indicators provided in the available information. With a production capacity of 600,000 tons per year, the tower operates 330 days a year, 24 hours per day
