Tianchen Design is different from foreigners

Dear teachers, Tianchen Design Institute has designed holes with a diameter of φ6-8 on the discharge pipe beneath the top condenser of the negative pressure tower. However, I have not seen such holes in designs from Canada and Germany. What is the purpose of these holes?
Drain it to facilitate complete emptying. Personal opinion.
1. Destroy the siphon effect. 2. Exhausting air when starting the vehicle initially can help prevent air blockages. 3. Don’t rely too much on foreigners; Tianchen is still reliable
During feeding, when the material suddenly enters the vertical falling section, it falls at an increased speed, resulting in a vacuum in certain areas and unstable feeding. There are 2 holes, which balance the pressure and prevent the aforementioned issue from occurring. This is the correct answer.
The pressure inside the tube is balanced with the pressure inside the tank, preventing backflow.
It balances the pressure, resisting the negative pressure effect of the static pressure of the liquid inside the pipe.
Specific to this issue, foreigners are not as good as Tianchen.
