For example, in chlorination reactions involving hydrogen chloride or hydrochloric acid, should such reactions be carried out in accordance with the requirements outlined in Order No. 116? Whether it is hydrogen chloride or hydrochloric acid, the key factor is the presence of chlorine; if chlorine is present, it constitutes atypical chlorination, and actions must be taken in accordance with the relevant requirements~~~
