When I recently looked at the calculation of fire water consumption in petrochemical regulations, I saw that the scale of process equipment is divided into large and medium-sized. If the processing scale or floor area is smaller than medium-sized, how is that defined? Is it a small-scale installation? At the same time, what standard is used to calculate water consumption?
