1.0.2 of the \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Fine Chemical Enterprises\" states: \"This code applies to the fire protection design of new, expanded, and renovated projects in fine chemical enterprises, where the total volume of liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks in the tank farm does not exceed 300 m3, with each individual tank having a volume of no more than 100 m3; the total volume of storage tanks for Class A/B and Class B liquids does not exceed 5000 m3, with each individual tank having a volume of no more than 1000 m3; the total volume of storage tanks for Class C liquids does not exceed 25000 m3, with each individual tank having a volume of no more than 5000 m3; and the total volume of storage tanks for flammable gases does not exceed 5000 m3, with each individual tank having a volume of no more than 1000 m3.\" If the actual volume of the tank farm exceeds these specified limits, is it then not applicable to apply this code?
