The definition of a pressure pipeline has nothing to do with its material; pressure pipelines can be made of non-metallic tubes as well
Judging by the criteria, it has nothing to do with the material.
Agree with the views from Floor 2 and Floor 3; it has nothing to do with the materials. Check the pressure rating, medium properties, etc
There is a PE-specific category for the qualification to install pressure pipelines.
