Seeking advice on whether there might be liquid residue in the vent pipe

As shown in the diagram above, an air vent is inserted into the tank to supply air and create bubbles inside it; will there be any liquid remaining in the horizontal pipe? My understanding is that it’s not possible, because the pressure at the outlet of the vent pipe is lower than the pressure at any point inside the pipe, so liquid cannot get in. I’m not sure if this understanding is correct; I hope someone with more knowledge can help me out.
It depends on the amount of air blown in; if the amount is small, there will be liquid, but if it’s large, there won’t be any
This is determined by the difference between the pressure inside the tank and the pressure inside the pipe. If the pressure inside the tube is greater than that inside the tank, no liquid will remain; if the pressure inside the tube is lower than that inside the tank, liquid will remain. I still haven’t fully understood how the question is phrased; my interpretation is merely for reference only.
