For example, carbon steel pipes cost less than 5,000 yuan per ton, yet the design firm calculates their cost at over 10,000 yuan per ton. What is the basis for this? Is it possible that the costs of pipe fittings and flanges are also included in those figures? What ratio is used for calculation? Is it doubled? Because the estimate table does not include items such as fittings, flanges, and bolts.
