Can shift-based dormitories be set up in chemical industrial parks? Is it a good idea to have sports fields in such dormitories?

I saw a factory layout plan that included shift workers’ dormitories and sports fields, etc. Is there a comment expressing approval for having sports fields in such an arrangement? Nowadays, chemical factories are all located within industrial parks – should shift workers’ dormitories be provided there as well?
Such layout plans are common in the western regions (such as Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Qinghai, and Xinjiang). Those industrial parks cover large areas and are located far away from surrounding towns, making transportation difficult. The factories provide everything needed, including canteens, bathhouses, shift dormitories, and sports fields. It is not easy for these factories to recruit employees, as young people have an urge to expend their energy somewhere.
Environmental protection is definitely not ideal, but it’s acceptable as long as the specified distance is maintained. For cost reasons, this is common in the western areas of the park where it is far from accommodations

These days, chemical industrial parks are all located quite far away from urban areas
Our factory has dormitories and a basketball court; they were built over a decade ago, and so far we haven’t encountered any problems. :Recently, it’s no longer allowed in this area to set up dormitories within large complexes; instead, we rented a building at a vocational school’s factory and also built a cafeteria.
**It is stipulated that factories should be 200 meters away from residential areas and 20 meters away from office buildings, but it seems that specific locations have different requirements; a few years ago I heard that dormitories are not allowed to be built within factory premises (Heilongjiang)
It seems that the requirements vary from place to place
